Venture Lawn & Garden has been providing lawn and garden care for the Whistler community since 2008. They are building their team for the season and looking to fill both full and part time roles in Landscape Maintenance. ABOUT THE ROLE:
> Location: Whistler, BC
> Type of Employment: Full-time, part time
> Schedule: 4 days a week, Tuesday – Friday, 8:00a – 4:00p (5 days on occasion)
> Wage: $26 per hour to start with growth potential.
> Perks & Benefits: Bonus paid at end of season for full season commitment (April – Oct)

THE PERFECT CANDIDATE:
> Comfortable working in a team environment as well as independently.
> Enjoys working outdoors in all weather conditions.
> Physically fit and able to work on your feet for the duration of your shift.
> Able to commit to the entire season- with bonus at end of season for full season commitment.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
> Performing all aspects of lawn and garden care, from cutting grass to pruning, mulching and cultivating beds.
> Safe operation of landscaping tools and equipment.
> Maintaining lawns and gardens through mowing, trimming, and weeding tasks.
> Providing exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients and addressing their inquiries.
