ABOUT THE ROLE:
> Part time with a flexible work schedule.
> Bulk of work will be happening in April and May then annual hours will fluctuate.
> Wage starting in the range of $50 to $55 per hour depending on experience and efficiency.
> $5/hr increase upon the completion of the initial website relaunch project before summer hits.
> Job is based in either Whistler, Squamish or Pemberton, BC.

THE PERFECT CANDIDATE:

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
> Oversee the completion of our website redesign on WordPress — customizing theme, building page templates for Elementor and streamlining our transition.
> Assisting with the optimization of online visibility and ranking through Google Ads and SEO and monitoring ongoing performance with Google Analytics.
> Manage hosting services, troubleshoot DNS issues, and maintain smooth integration between our web and email platforms.
> Troubleshoot integration of WP Job Manager plugin features to ensure a seamless and positive experience for job seekers and applicants as well as optimization of schema to ensure high ranking on Google’s Job Boards.
> Assist with the streamlining, design, coding, integration and testing of the web site related HTML codes and plugins.
> Explore the use of AI tools and functionality to improve and simplify content creation and interactions with employees, clients and applicants.
