THE PERFECT CANDIDATE:
> Previous customer service experience, ideally within the specialty coffee industry.
> Previous barista or specialty coffee experience is strongly preferred.
> Knowledge of basic food handling and food safety practices.
> Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
> Friendly, outgoing, and passionate about providing an exceptional guest experience.
> Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
> Greet and welcome guests in a friendly, professional, and engaging manner.
> Prepare high-quality espresso-based beverages by dialing in espresso beans and adjusting grind size and extraction as needed.
> Steam milk to the appropriate temperature (approximately 60°C) without the use of a thermometer and create varying foam textures depending on the beverage.
> Produce latte art, including at minimum hearts, tulips, and rosettas.
> Process customer orders and payments accurately using the POS system.
> Provide guests with information about beverages, baked goods, and menu offerings.
> Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally.
