ABOUT THE ROLE:
> Salary range of $50,000 – $70,000 per year, based on experience, plus bonus opportunities
> Full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
> Opportunity to transition to a 4-day work week upon successful completion of training

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
> Build and maintain strong client relationships by identifying needs and recommending appropriate insurance solutions.
> Process policy changes, renewals, and other insurance transactions accurately and efficiently.
> Respond to client inquiries by phone, email, and in person, providing timely and professional service.
> Assist clients with billing questions, payments, and general policy inquiries.
> Maintain accurate client records and ensure documentation meets company and regulatory requirements.
