Maintenance Technician
The Maintenance Technician plays a crucial role in ensuring properties are well-maintained and guest-ready. This role offers lots of variety and a flexible schedule with the option to work part time or even 4×10 hour shifts depending on what works best with your lifestyle. Wage starts between $27-$31/hr plus benefits, pass allowance and other perks.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
> Full-time, year round.
> Flexible schedule typically starting at 8am with the option to work 4x10hour days and enjoy 3 day weekends.
> Starting wage between $27 and $31/hr based on experience (negotiable).
> Staff accommodations may be available in a shared room.

THE PERFECT CANDIDATE:
> Previous experience in property maintenance, construction, or a similar role is required.
> Strong troubleshooting skills across multiple trades, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry is very beneficial.
> Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
> Detail-oriented with a commitment to high-quality workmanship.
> Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to maintenance.
> Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
> Perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC troubleshooting.
> Respond to and resolve maintenance requests from guests, homeowners, and internal teams in a timely manner.
> Conduct property walkthroughs and inspections to identify maintenance needs and preventative upkeep opportunities.
> Complete repairs efficiently while ensuring the highest quality standards.
> Maintain accurate records of maintenance work orders, including completed tasks and required follow-ups.
> Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs and services.
