Seeking a certified Crane & Telehandler Operator / Equipment Logistics Coordinator with excellent teamwork skills, experience in handling heavy materials, and the ability to safely operate cranes on various sites throughout Whistler with precision.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
> Full-time, year round.
> Work schedule is Monday-Friday.
> $40 – $47 per hour based on experience

THE PERFECT CANDIDATE:
> Valid Crane Operator Certification in BC (ticketed operator).
> Minimum 1 year of crane operating experience in construction.
> Familiarity with various crane types (mobile, tower, etc.).
> Strong knowledge of safety regulations (WCB and CSA standards).
> Ability to read blueprints, site plans, and load charts.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
> Operate tower cranes and telehandler safely and efficiently.
> Lift, move, and position materials according to project plans.
> Conduct pre- and post-operation equipment inspections.
> Follow strict safety protocols and report any hazards.
> Coordinate with ground crews, supervisors, and other trades.
