Reservations and Office Administrator
Join Luxury Transport Inc, the private charter transportation company providing services to/from Whistler and in resort since 1998. As a Sales, Reservations & Office Administrator, you will become a leading voice for our company maintaining client relations and developing new partnerships in resort. This is primarily a work from home role with autonomy! You will assist with office administration tasks including phones and emails and operations, with a focus on customer service and sales. This role is critical to maintain quality customer service and has room to grow. ABOUT THE ROLE:
> Full-time, year round with Autonomy!
> Whistler, BC.
> Flexible with possible rotation to mornings/evenings over the winter season.
> Incorporating one weekend day, Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday – Thursday.
> Wage starting in the range of $55,000 – $65,000 per year based on experience, opportunity to grow.
> Perks & Benefits include Health and Dental Benefits after three months.
> Two weeks paid vacation.

THE PERFECT CANDIDATE:
> A background in sales in resort who is well connected in hospitality and tourism.
> Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, to manage internal and external interactions with customers effectively.
> Proven Customer Service expertise with a commitment to creating positive client experiences..
> Attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
> Familiarity and experience with the transportation, tourism or travel industry is an asset.
> Organize files and manage data entry tasks efficiently.
> Support bookkeeping activities and administrative tasks including timesheets for drivers.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
> Provide exceptional customer service as a front line voice for our company.
> 5-10 hours per week in resort sales, maintaining client relations.
> Manage daily office operations, including scheduling and correspondence for staff and drivers, implementing bookings, sending confirmations and receipts.
> Handle phone inquiries with professionalism, kindness and energy.
> Handle emails and learn our pricing to effectively send out quotes, receipts and confirmations for our clients.
