Quality Control Lead (Cleaning, Inspection & Training)
Summit Hospitality Services is seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Control Lead to play a key role in ensuring their guest receive the highest standard of customer service and cleanliness. In this hands-on leadership role, you will be actively cleaning, inspecting, and training team members to ensure every property meets their standard of impeccable refinement. ABOUT THE ROLE:
> Flexible full time hours.

> $25-$30 based on experience.

THE PERFECT CANDIDATE:
> Strong hands-on cleaning experience (short-term rental or hospitality preferred).
> Proven ability to train or support other team members.
> Exceptional attention to detail — you notice what others miss.

> Strong communication and leadership skills.
> Ability to work independently and manage time across multiple properties.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
> Complete cleans to a high standard as part of the team when required.
> Conduct detailed inspections of completed short-term rental turnovers.
> Perform touch-ups or re-cleans to ensure units are guest-ready.
> Train new and existing staff in-unit on cleaning standards and expectations.
> Coach team members on efficiency, consistency, and attention to detail.
