ABOUT THE ROLE:

> $45 – $55 per hour based on experience.

THE PERFECT CANDIDATE:
> Minimum of 5 years experience in carpentry with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
> Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and technical documents.
> Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, materials, and tools.
> Excellent leadership and team management skills.
> Ability to communicate effectively with team members, clients, and project stakeholders.
> Physical ability to perform manual labor as required on construction sites.
