The Opportunity
Are you a bold, driven chef ready to take the reins in a high-energy hospitality environment?

You’ll lead a fast-paced, high-volume operation where quality, consistency, and teamwork are essential. From daytime service through late-night offerings, you’ll set the culinary standard, inspire your team, and ensure every plate reflects our commitment to excellence.
Wage and Perks of the Job
- $70,000 - $80,000 annual salary based on experience

What You Bring to the Table
- Proven experience in fast-paced, high-volume kitchens
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A commitment to excellence in both food and teamwork
- Calm under pressure and quick on your feet
- Familiarity with tools like Bevspot, POS, and kitchen management systems
- Red Seal certification (or equivalent) is a bonus—but not required
Your Days Will Look Like
- Oversee daily kitchen operations across all services and events
- Lead and mentor a high-performing culinary team
- Develop seasonal, guest-focused menus using fresh, local ingredients
- Maintain high standards in food safety, quality, and cleanliness
- Manage food and labour budgets with an eye on both efficiency and excellence
- Work cross-functionally with FOH and leadership teams to ensure smooth execution
- Jump in on the line when needed—this is a hands-on leadership role
