Company Description

Luxury Transport Inc is a family run business since 1998 specializing in private charter services and shuttle bus operations, providing reliable transportation solutions for private trips, corporate events and conferences. We focus on the Whistler market and transporting guests to and from resort in addition to in-resort transfers. Additionally we operate several contracted shuttle services in the Lower Mainland and Whistler for business parks, companies and institutions. Our fleet has variety and newer equipment ranging from sedans, suv's, van's and mini buses.

Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Reservations & Office Administrator Specialist with excellent skills to effectively communicate with customers and vendors to join our team. This role is vital in ensuring smooth daily operations and excellent client relations. The ideal candidate will support administrative functions and contribute to our commitment to quality service. We have a flexible work environment with busier seasons throughout the year. This is a work from home position with the expectation to periodically work out of our depot in Burnaby or in Whistler.

Qualifications

  • Manage daily office operations, including scheduling and correspondence for staff and drivers
  • Experience with Office Equipment and common software tools used in administrative tasks.
  • Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, to manage internal and external interactions effectively.
  • Proven Customer Service expertise with a commitment to creating positive client experiences..
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Familiarity and experience with the transportation, tourism or travel industry is an asset.
  • Provide exceptional customer service as a front line voice for our company.
  • Handle phone inquiries with professionalism, kindness and energy.
  • Handle emails and learn our pricing to effectively send out quotes, receipts and confirmations for our clients.
  • Reservations including quoting and booking clients for individual trips and conferences.
  • Support bookkeeping activities and administrative tasks including timesheets for drivers
  • Assist with special projects as needed
  • An adaptable personality to work with our small executive team and large pool of drivers.
  • Experience in Whistler, through tourism, hospitality or living locally is a plus
  • *Full time position incorporating one weekend day
  • *Benefits after three months, flexible work environment
  • *Salary range from $57k - $65K, based on experience and fit
