Guest Experience Agent

Responsibilities:

• Greet and check-in guests for adventure activities
• Provide information about adventure activities, tour options, and pricing
• Upsell adventure activities and tours to guests
• Process bookings and payments through FareHarbor
• Maintain and update guest information in FareHarbor
• Assist with the coordination of group bookings and events
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests before, during, and after their adventures

Requirements:

• Previous customer service experience
• Good working knowledge of computers
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Passion for the outdoors and adventure activities
• Background in sales an asset
