Lay the Foundation to Build Your Strategy
This Half Day Strategic Planning Session will bring your leadership team together to collaborate, discuss and ultimately decide on the future direction of your organization. Using a very structured approach, our Metronomics Certified Coach will guide your leadership team through the steps to establish the foundation for your strategy.
 
The framework that will be used has been used by thousands of companies and evolved over twenty-five years. It is a prescriptive and an easy way to build confidence in your strategy. This allows teams to collaborate and be strategically clear with a timely direction so that the team can make confident decisions and plans taking them where they want and need to go.
 
The Half Day Strategic Planning Session is a working session for your leadership team, ideally groups of three to four people. It will be intense, it will be rewarding, and it will be FUN. You will ‘Gut Out’, develop, discuss and debate as a team how your business should move forward with ease, speed and confidence. We understand time is your scarcest resource and this half day with your leadership team will give you back time to drive forward with the momentum and confidence required.
 
Ideal for: CEOs / Business owners and their leadership team. Three to four participants per team. Participants will require a laptop. Coffee/tea and snacks provided.

About the Facilitator
Mara Glouberman’s fascination with coaching started at a young age, when at 12 she started teaching Kindergarten kids after school. After graduating from Concordia University with a BA, her real education began in 2002 when she met Shannon Susko. That meeting kicked off a 20+ year business relationship where Mara worked with Shannon and contributed to the growth of both Paradata and Subserveo and the development of the systems we now know as Metronomics.
In addition to the roles at Paradata and Subserveo Mara has worn multiple hats at Metronomics including the head of the software support team, where she helped clients navigate the systems and get the most out of their investment.
Today, as a Metronomics certified coach, Mara can combine her passion for business and extensive experience and knowledge to help clients achieve their business growth goals. With her passion for coaching and commitment to helping others succeed, Mara is an asset to the Metronomics team and a trusted partner to clients seeking to unlock their full potential.
