Each event has a theme and will have you trying out a new activity, from wine-pairing to puzzles – built to break the ice while you flex the brain and yes, cocktails are always a key ingredient.

Celebrate Bike to Work Day—Chamber Après style!

Join us for an extra-special Chamber Après in partnership with Cycle Whistler as we celebrate Bike to Work Day with an active twist on our signature networking event.

🚴‍♂️ Guided Bike Tour Experience
Start your evening with a scenic ride along the Valley Trail in one of five guided groups, beginning with check-in at Cycle Whistler. Along the route, you’ll stop at Nicklaus North Golf Club to enjoy a complimentary beverage, tasty appetizers, and some friendly competition in a putting challenge! Winners from each group will be entered into a draw for a grand prize courtesy of Cycle Whistler, Nicklaus North, and the Hilton Whistler Resort & Spa (winner drawn at CBB, must be present to collect prize).

🎉 Après at the Hilton Whistler Resort & Spa
Whether you join the guided tour or meet us at the final destination, the real celebration kicks off at CBB in the Hilton. Enjoy live music, delicious appetizers, another complimentary beverage, and meaningful conversations with fellow business leaders and community members.

Event Schedule*:

• 4:00 – 5:00 PM: Registration for bike tour participants at Cycle Whistler
• 4:30 – 5:30 PM: Stop at Nicklaus North Golf Club (refreshments + putting challenge)
• 5:15 – 8:00 PM: Registration at Hilton Whistler (for non-cyclists)
• 5:30 – 8:00 PM: Après party at the Hilton Whistler Resort & Spa (open to all guests, bike storage available onsite)

This is a special extended Après, running until 8:00 PM. Don’t miss this opportunity to build connections, celebrate community, and toast to Bike to Work Day — all while enjoying the best of Whistler by bike!

• Pass holders are automatically added to each event in the series
  • ​Each Season Pass includes one (1) ticket to each event in the 2025–26 Season (ten events total, pop-up events not included).
• Season Passes are non-refundable after September 9, 2025.
• Tickets may be transferred to another individual of your choice (inside or out of your organisation).
• Season Pass tickets are non-transferable between events, unless approved in writing by the Chamber at chamber@whistlerchamber.com no less than fourteen (14) business days prior to the scheduled event.
• Tickets are not redeemable for cash or credit and cannot be carried over to another season or event.

• Payment for single tickets is non-refundable for cancellations made within five (5) business days of the event or for non-attendance on the day.
• If you have registered and paid for an event, you will be automatically added to the attendance list.
• Photographs taken at the event may be used in Whistler Chamber marketing and promotional materials.
