At Gibbons, we don’t just sell nightlife—we deliver unforgettable Whistler experiences across adventure tourism, hospitality events, and entertainment. Whether it's nightlife, festivals, or outdoor adventure, our team helps guests make the most of Whistler. If you’re outgoing, energetic, and passionate about this mountain town, this is your chance to turn it into your job.

This isn’t just sales—it’s guest engagement, experience coordination, and tourism activation at its best. You’ll staff The Gibbons Welcome Point: a mobile concierge-style stand that pops up across Whistler Village and Gibbons venues. It’s a one-stop experience hub for locals and visitors to:

• Book adventures like TAG tours and Vallea Lumina
• Buy tickets for Bar Hop, festivals, après passes, and spa packages
• Spin the G-Wheel for prizes or perks
• Sample beer and sell Gibbons merchandise (where permitted)
• Join our Gibbons Life Membership
• Serve as the Bar Hop meet-up point and community connection spot

You’ll be driving revenue, building relationships, and repping the Gibbons brand across Whistler—while having a blast doing it.

What You Bring to the Table

• A vibrant, outgoing personality that draws people in and gets them excited about Whistler
• Sales savvy and confidence in a guest-facing role, with the ability to hit goals while keeping it fun
• Strong communication skills — you’re a natural at engaging with locals and visitors alike
• A passion for Whistler’s lifestyle, culture, and experiences — you love sharing your insider tips
• Comfort working independently in a mobile, outdoor, or high-traffic environment
• A knack for multitasking, from ticket sales and check-ins to giveaways and guest support
• Reliability and professionalism, even in high-energy or fast-paced situations
• A team mindset, ready to collaborate with event staff, venues, and partners across the Gibbons network
• Bonus: Previous experience in tourism, events, retail, or hospitality

Your Days Will Look Like

• Set up and staff the Gibbons Whistler Welcome Point in high-traffic spots
• Sell tickets and passes for Gibbons Whistler events Bar Hop, TAG, Vallea Lumina, and other experiences
• Welcome guests, answer questions, and help plan their ultimate Whistler day or night
• Promote the Gibbons Life membership and spin-to-win giveaways
• Manage group check-ins and provide on-site support for Bar Hop and other events
• Represent the Gibbons brand with professionalism, positivity, and personality
