About Us:

Outdoormaster is an international outdoor gear brand loved by riders and adventurers around the world. From ski goggles to bike gear, we make quality equipment accessible and fun. Our Whistler retail store is where we bring the spirit of the mountains directly to the community – and we’re looking for passionate people to join the crew!

Positions Available:

• 1 × Full-Time Retail Associate

• 2 × Part-Time Retail Associates

Pay:

• $21/hour + sales commission
  will Increase after 3 months of employment.
  (If you love gear and enjoy helping people, your stoke pays off!)

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Helping customers find the right outdoor gear for their adventures

• Giving honest, helpful advice (especially for skiing, snowboarding & mountain biking)

• Running the till, restocking shelves, keeping the shop organized amd cleam at all time

• Occasionally helping with inventory or merchandising

 What We’re Looking For:

• A love for outdoor sports – MTB, skiing, snowboarding, hiking, etc.

• Retail or customer service experience is a big plus

• Friendly, proactive, and dependable

• Available weekends/holidays (especially during busy seasons)
