We have a position on our kitchen team that needs to be filled. Ideally we are looking for someone who has a few years experience under their belt and can hold their own on the line and hammer out prep. With that said, someone with little experience would be considered if they had the right attitude and a willingness to work hard and learn the ropes. 
We have a small team, a small kitchen, but pump out lots of food. The position touches on all aspects of the kitchen, opens, closes, line work, prep, and getting your hands wet in the dish pit from time to time. We are a tight team in the back of house as well as in the front. Many of us have worked here for multiple years which says something about the team environment. 
We are prepared to pay well for the right candidate $22-26/hr and we take care of our staff. Meal per shift, tip outs which equal to $2-3/hr on average, staff discounts, ski pass incentives, and health benefits for full time employees.
