Whistler Community Foundation is hiring an Executive Director who will grow our impact by raising, investing, and granting funds to address vital community needs?from the environment and food security to the arts and reconciliation.

Working with the Board, you will lead three strategic pillars:

• Maximize Community Impact. Bridge donor intent with local needs to ensure every grant creates a meaningful legacy.
• Steward Strategic Assets. Oversee financial planning and operations with the highest integrity and transparency.
• Grow the Endowment. Lead bold fundraising efforts to expand our permanent funds, securing the region?s future for generations.

The position offers 32hrs/week, with flexibility based on job duties and personal needs, and with the opportunity for growth over time.

Salary range $72,000 ? $80,000 plus employer paid extended health benefits.
