Lead Carpenter
Pay: $48 – $55+ / hour (DOE) + Spirit Pass

We are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented reliable Lead Carpenters to manage site execution and guide a small, dedicated crew. You will work directly with project management to keep builds on schedule while maintaining top-tier craftsmanship.

Requirements:
5+ years of custom residential carpentry experience.
Proven ability to lead, mentor, and maintain a positive, efficient site vibe
Strong blueprint reading, problem-solving, and scheduling skills
Clear communication with PMs and site team.
Own tools (cordless kit and basic tools we supply major tools) and reliable winter-ready transportation.


Experienced Carpenters
Pay: $38 – $46+ / hour (DOE) + Spirit Pass.
