Description
Burnout is no longer an individual issue — it’s a workplace reality. Studies show that 77% of people have experienced burnout in their current role, 42% have left a job because of it, and 70% feel their employer isn’t doing enough to address it.
This workshop moves beyond surface-level self-care and helps you build a realistic, sustainable burnout prevention plan. You’ll learn how to recognize early warning signs, understand the mindsets that contribute to burnout, and develop practical strategies to protect your energy, focus, and long-term wellbeing at work.
This session combines clear, practical insights with guided reflection to help you assess your current burnout risk and identify realistic strategies you can apply right away to support sustainable success at work. By the end of this workshop, you'll be able to:
- Recognize the signs and symptoms of burnout in yourself and others
- Understand the three common mindsets that contribute to burnout
- Build a toolkit of preventative and urgent-care strategies
- Move beyond self-care and address burnout at its root
- A clearer understanding of how burnout shows up and escalates
- A personalized approach to preventing burnout
- Practical strategies for both prevention and recovery
- Bonus digital workbook: Your Burnout Prevention Playbook to support continued learning and application
