WE go BIG! Leadership Training at the SLCC
Location: Squamish Lil'wat Cultural Centre, 4854 Blackcomb Way, Whistler, BC
(Recommended for supervisors and early managers)
WE go BIG! Supervisor Training gives Whistler's leaders the practical tools to support their teams, address issues early, and stay steady when the pressure is on, in a way only an in-person experience can.
Join us for this in-person WE go BIG! Supervisor Training at the SLCC Theatre.

Training begins with a review of the tools your frontline teams have already learned: the Circle of Influence, the BIG model (Belong, Initiate, Go Beyond), and the Wellbeing Toolkit. From there, participants build confidence in managing performance using clear, factual feedback with the SBI framework, and learn to de-escalate tense moments with staff or guests using the CALM approach, through real on-shift scenarios and peer conversations.
