The WE Go BIG! program prepares participants for life and work in Whistler while setting the stage for exceptional guest service.
The online, on-demand version begins with the Whistler Vibe — the pride, energy, and belonging that make Whistler extraordinary. It then grounds participants in the realities of mountain life, introducing practices for resilience and wellbeing. From there, the BIG model (Belong, Initiate, Go Beyond) becomes the practical framework for delivering service that feels effortless and memorable.
Interactive scenarios, stories from local voices, and tools like the “Reset Menu” help participants Go BIG at work while protecting their own wellbeing. The program closes with a commitment and celebration, reinforcing that every participant is part of the Whistler story.
