She is a recognized expert in contact centres and customer experience design, from conceptualization and build, to managing all aspects of customer service.

Carol is Founder and Principal Customers First Culture, a management consulting practice that helps leaders create and operationalize customer strategy. Her practice and passion is born of 31 years telecommunications experience: TELUS -Canada; British Telecom (BT) - U.K. and Bharti Airtel -India, in senior sales, service and business unit management roles, and managing change through deregulation, labor relations and rapid technological innovation. She has recently completed assignments in Financial Service, TV Services and Retail organizations in Australia, the UK and Canada and seeks to work with like-minded organizations that believe the age of customer capitalism is upon us.
