Get food handlers up to speed on hygiene and food safety with this one-day in-person course!
If you own a business or work in the food industry, you'll need food safety training to keep your brand and your customers safe. Food safety training is essential if you want your food business to succeed, but it is also a legal requirement for food handlers (cooks, managers, servers and dishwashers).
Foodsafe Level 1 takes complex Food Safety laws and information and breaks it down into simple lessons, so you and your team get the food safety training you need. This course covers important food safety practices with a focus on:
- Basic microbiology
- Food contamination
- Potentially hazardous foods
- Receiving/storing techniques
