Description
Do you want to accelerate digital adoption in your company?
Studies show that Canadian businesses who use digital technologies enjoy higher sales growth and are better at handling economic shocks and exporting. Conversely, entrepreneurs who lack a digital strategy don’t perform as well and risk getting left behind.
Join us on Wednesday, August 23 as we are joined by Alex MacKenzie, Outreach & Partnerships Lead at the Canada Digital Adoption Program, and Sarah Lloyd, Business Centre Manager at BDC, to talk about why there’s never been a better time to invest in technology!
In this interactive session Alex and Sarah will take you through:
- How to apply for Canadian Digital Adoption Program (CDAP)
- How to access the 0% loan, subsidies and expertise to accelerate your digital adoption.
Through this session you'll gain a better understanding of digital technologies and why they help companies perform better. You'll also receive a free online guide to making technology work for your business and access to conduct a free digital maturity assessment.
Find out how Chamber Member and local business owner Melissa Deally, owner of Your Guided Health Journey, utilized support from an e-commerce advisor to launch new web pages and promote and offer expanded services, increasing her overall sales! (click here to read how!)
About the speakers

Prior to joining BDC, Sarah was the Director of Operations at First West Capital where she supported companies' growth and key transitions by leveraging a strong network of lenders and business advisers, and as a Manager at PwC where she participated in financial and operational analysis/valuations of businesses and helped distressed companies to manage liquidity issues.
In addition to her CPA and CBV designations, Sarah holds a Bachelor of Arts in Management & Business Administration from the University of Reading in the United Kingdom.
