DESCRIPTION:Back due to popular demand!\n\nA second session of this workshop will be held on Tuesday December 3rd\, from  1pm to 4pm.\n\n\n\n   Register here\n\n\n\nImmediate support for new supervisors and managers\n\n\n\nAn introduction to basic and foundational people management skills. Get Whistler specific job hacks\, tools and templates to use in the workplace today. This course is a critical component of onboarding team leaders\, and helps existing managers to accelerate their success. Learn about peer and direct reporting\, organizational goals and employee retainment through engaging group activities. Practice determining important skill measures\, and giving employee feedback.
