I was the youngest...the leash was long and I had a car ('79 Chevy Malibu). It was clear by March of that year\, I was not going to advance my high school career without a minor miracle if I remained where I was. My options were sticking it out and going to summer school or getting life experience. I heard getting a job in Whistler was easy\, the season was long and I promised my parents I would come back and start over in the fall. I bought a one way ticket to Vancouver...I had a duffel bag\, skis and $300. I was 18. That's my Whistler story\, we all have one. What's yours? Whistler\; she's a siren and has pulled me back in more than once. I love films\, music and skiing. My wife and I live in Squamish and I work at Mountain FM.
