Supervisor Training gives Whistler's leaders the practical tools to support their teams\, address issues early\, and stay steady when the pressure is on\, in a way only an in-person experience can.\n\n\n\nThe course: \n\n\n\nTraining begins with a review of the tools your frontline teams have already learned: the Circle of Influence\, the BIG model (Belong\, Initiate\, Go Beyond)\, and the Wellbeing Toolkit. From there\, participants build confidence in managing performance using clear\, factual feedback with the SBI framework\, and learn to de-escalate tense moments with staff or guests using the CALM approach\, through real on-shift scenarios and peer conversations.\n\n\n\nOnce complete\, you'll know how to address performance issues early without blame or avoidance\, set clear expectations\, stay calm and in control during conflict\, and reinforce BIG behaviours with your team all season long.\n\n\n\nThis training is perfect for:\n\n	Leaders\, managers\, and supervisors\n\n Get started today and take your leadership skills to the next level!\n\n\n\nCancellation Policy\n\nAll registrations are final.
