DESCRIPTION:Thankyou to our presenting partner  \n\n\n\nCalling all Members - we want to hear from you!\n\n\n\nThere is power in the network. Through regular touch points with our members and a robust annual schedule with our advocacy committee we keep our finger on the pulse\, developing timely advocacy efforts that help elevate Whistler's business. \n\n\n\nThese sessions are a great chance for Members to discuss important issues\, with the format alternating between specific focus topics and general round table discussions. \n\n\n\nThis month\, the focus topic will be The Whistler Talent Plan:\n\nTo address the challenging labour market\, the Whistler Chamber has developed the Whistler Talent Plan\, an integrated strategy to attract\, grow and retain a skilled talent pool. The plan addresses all the key factors\, including community goals and plans\, data management\, talent acquisition\, learning and development\, culture of belonging\, talent retention and community retention.\n\n\n\nBefore launching the plan\, we are seeking feedback from members and partners to prioritize and refine actions. Come and join us for lunch and be part of our Beta Group. Share your thoughts   what's good or bad\, missing or surplus. This is intended to be an open and candid discussion.\n\n\n\nIf you have any questions around our advocacy process or any issues you wish to elevate contact us here.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nWhile we love to see the same faces at all our events\, we also love to see as many different Members as we can across the sessions.
